What encouraged us to choose a MyaCasa home?

In addition to the distinctive individual contemporary design, it was the professional MyaCasa ethos displayed by the entire team that delivered on their promise of high quality build and superior finishes throughout, that clearly set this house apart from the others.

A note to express a huge thank you to your site manager Andy and his team!  We've been really impressed and very grateful for the way that Andy in particular, but also the guys that regularly worked with him on the property development have related to us, as next-door neighbours.

We have not been overly disturbed by any noise or disturbance, which had been our main concern.  However, over and above that, Andy has always been very friendly, polite, considerate and respectful - and very happy and willing to respond to any questions or concerns we had on an ongoing basis.  We were also very reassured to know that, not only were the guys working well, but that they were also 'switched on' enough to keep an eye on what was going on around them.  On at least 2 occasions Andy and one or two of the other guys actively responded to actual and potential problems at our own property.

My husband and our fencing contractor were particularly thankful for your team's co-operation when we replaced the boundary fence a few weeks ago.

I think, without fail, when Andy or any of the other guys saw us go in or out of our property, they were always friendly and polite - at least saying 'hello', sometimes more.

The house next door looks great now - but we're going to miss having your guys around!  Please could you express our huge thanks to Andy and the team - they're a great asset to your business - thank you!
